Judi Gross has spent her entire career in support of children at risk. In a 28-year career with the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services, she rose from caseworker to resource development specialist, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of programs such as Grandparents as Parents and Aging-Out Strategies. After relocating to Arizona, she joined the Maricopa County CASA program as a volunteer coordinator. She is presently employed at the Child Crisis Center - Arizona Adoption of Foster Care as the Foster Care Supervisor.
Judi devotes much of her free time to the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), where she has served several terms as Arizona Section president and national commissioner. She is the only Arizonan to have received NCJW’s Hannah G. Solomon award for community service. Judi earned her baccalaureate degree at Monmouth University and a Master’s degree in counseling at Montclair State University.
